Located on
fifteen acres of beautiful palm and oak trees with the Alafia
River as a backdrop, Misty Farm's primary goal is to provide for
your horse's safety and comfort in a relaxed and friendly
atmosphere. Misty Farms is owned and managed by Marina Taylor, a
local attorney, with the assistance of professional, competent
and caring barn staff.
We are prepared to accommodate the needs of those who wish to
enjoy their equine partner at home in a peaceful but yet active
setting to those who enjoy the thrill and competition of the
show ring. We are primarily designed to accommodate the needs of
the dressage or jumping enthusiast.
We offer outings to local parks for trail riding, cross country
schooling and transportation to shows. We are 15 minutes from
the Tampa Fairgrounds, one hour from Fox Lea Farms, and one hour
from Sumter Equestrian Center.

such as hand-grazing, wrapping, cold-water therapy etc.
