Misty Farms offers safe and fun environment for kids of all experiences and ages..........All school horses are available for half-leases. We attend schooling and recognized shows, but showing is not required.... Our basic riding program is designed for the beginner to intermediate junior or adult rider and is taught in a relaxed and fun manner.

Emphasis is placed on basic horse care and the importance of horse and rider being able to communicate and share a special bond. Our resident trainer, Kristin Holland, teaches a basic balanced seat position for laying the proper foundation for jumping, dressage or simply confident pleasure riding. As the comfort level and proficiency increases, our riding students usually move on to jumping and dressage.
